Frontroom terms of service

This is a plain-language draft for using the Frontroom website, app, and related services.

These terms are a practical launch draft. They should be reviewed before public launch.

Agreement

By using Frontroom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Frontroom.

What Frontroom is

Frontroom is a local-first app for plural systems. It supports fronting, members, notes, a private member feed, and import/export.

Frontroom is not a healthcare provider, therapy service, crisis service, clinical record system, or emergency tool.

If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis resource.

Your data

You own the system records, writing, images, imports, notes, posts, and other content you add to Frontroom.

For local-only use, Frontroom does not need broad rights to your private data. If you turn on a networked feature, you give Frontroom the limited permission needed to run that feature.

You are responsible for what you import, export, or share.

Rules

Do not use Frontroom to:

• break the law or violate someone else's rights;
• harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or dox others;
• pressure someone to disclose trauma, diagnosis, or origin;
• attack, scrape, or bypass security on the service;
• share content you do not have permission to share;
• use Frontroom as an emergency or clinical system.

Imports, exports, and sharing

Import tools help you move data into Frontroom, including from Simply Plural where supported. We cannot promise every source field or file will import perfectly.

Export tools help keep your data portable. After you export or share a file, card, invite, or screenshot, you are responsible for where that copy goes.

Paid features and beta software

Frontroom may offer optional paid features later. Prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Frontroom may be beta software. Features may change, break, lose test data, or be removed while the product is being built.

Import, local export, deletion, app lock, and the basic local system record should not be paywalled.

Limits, changes, and contact

Frontroom is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every import, export, backup, sync, or sharing feature will always work.
